All annual services start with a seasonal service plan between March 15th and December 15th of every year. 

All annual services include a once a year softwash of all house siding, all walkways and sidewalks, and driveways. Annual softwash is generally completed in spring and removes organic buildup and stains, disinfects, cleans and prevents additional growth and staining. Each wash uses a combination of bleach, water, and surfactants to accomplish this.

All annual services include a once a year bare spot seeding. This is a light seeding normally completed in spring and uses an annual ryegrass mixture to help promote healthy grass growth and to crowd out weeds within turf areas. 

All annual services include up to two cubic yards of double-shredded hardwood mulch. Where needed, bed areas are spade edged and mulch is applied to retain consistent depth over the course of the year and to maintain appearance. Additional mulch options for colored mulches or larger quantities are available as an added charge.

All annual services include two gutter clearings a year. These are normally completed in fall after all leaves have fallen and in spring after tree buds and seeds have fallen. Clearing of gutters is a ground-level vacuuming out and removal of debris from gutters to ensure gutters are working properly.

All annual services include a once a year turf area overseeding and aeration completed in early fall. We use a core aerator that pulls plugs of up to 3" to the surface to help reduce compaction and to open the turf for nutrient and water retention. Afterward, a mixture of 90% Turf Type Tall Fescue and 10% Kentucky Blue Grass is spread evenly across all turf areas.

All annual services include a once a month home visit to remove any unwanted debris or trash that has accumulated during off-season months. Included is the removal of leaf material that has built up and is unable to break down into the soil during winter months, plus any trash that may have blown in and debris that may harm the health and appearance of the grounds. We also use this time to remove large undesirable growth and to shape the landscape for the following season.

All annual services include optional holiday decorating during the service visit in December. Utilizing manufacturer specifications, we will decorate the grounds with customer supplied decorations out of up to two 30 gallon totes. During January service visits, decorations will be brought back down and put back into totes for customer storage. 

All annual services include snow clearing of driveways, walkways, stairs, sidewalks, windrows, driveway-parked vehicles, and mailbox clearings in the front of the home after every snow event. Snow melt is afterward spread in critical locations to ensure safety. During instances of light snow or when freezing temperatures are expected to remain, service visits are made to spread additional snow melt as necessary.
