Included in this service is pet waste pick up from all serviced areas. Waste is bagged and placed into homeowner garbage bins. Serviced areas are initially deodorized on first service and then deodorized every six weeks up to eight times a year using a natural enzyme odor eliminator.

This service is for customers that need additional mulch or colored options on top of our existing Annual Plan amounts. All mulch will be spread to an even depth of 2.5-3" and garden beds will be spade edged and cleared of unwanted debris/vegetation. After mulch is spread, a pre-emergent granular herbicide is spread on top to prevent further weed growth.

This service is for customers of our Annual Plan that require additional cleaning of surface areas. While we typically advise an annual or biennial cleaning, due to different variations in roof and fence material, plus the addition of stains or sealants, your needs may vary. This service is only included as an addition within an Annual Plan and will be completed during your softwash service. We DO NOT service roofs above a 6/12 pitch. Where fencing is used on property lines, we DO NOT service both sides of a fence without verbal consent from the adjoining property inhabitants.
